EV Charger & Energy Management System Installation
Tesla Wall Connector and EV energy management system installed to provide reliable home charging while managing the available electrical service capacity.
Hundel Electric completed this residential EV charger installation with a Tesla Wall Connector and a dedicated EV energy management system. The equipment was configured to manage the charger based on the electrical capacity available at the home, helping the customer add Level 2 charging without unnecessarily replacing the complete electrical service.
An EV energy management system monitors the electrical demand on the home and controls the charging load based on the electrical capacity available. This can provide a practical solution for homes where the existing service may not have enough capacity to support an EV charger operating at full output at the same time as other major electrical loads.
Hundel Electric provides EV charger installations , Tesla Wall Connector installations, EV energy management systems, load management equipment, dedicated charging circuits, panel work, and electrical service upgrades throughout Delta, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Vancouver, Langley, Coquitlam, and the Lower Mainland.
