Built for Homes, Businesses, Strata & Property Managers
Electrical service calls need clear communication and practical troubleshooting. We work carefully, explain what we find and help you decide whether the issue can be repaired during the visit or should be quoted as a larger project.
Our Electrical Service Call Process
Every service call starts with the same goal: find the electrical issue safely, explain it clearly and repair what can be repaired within the booked visit.
Review the Issue
We ask what happened, when it started, which rooms or circuits are affected and whether the issue is getting worse.
Inspect & Test
We inspect outlets, switches, breakers, fixtures, wiring, panels or devices and test the affected circuit where needed.
Explain the Repair
We explain what we found, what can be repaired during the visit and when a separate quote or follow-up is the better option.
Complete the Fix
If the repair is straightforward and parts are available, we complete the fix, test the work and confirm the area is working properly.
