Burnaby Fourplex Electrical Project
A nearly 13,000 square foot, four-storey Burnaby fourplex electrical project completed from start to finish, including a 400 amp service, 125 amps per unit, EV charging support, heat pump wiring, and appliance circuits.
This Burnaby fourplex was a large-scale multi-unit residential project built for modern Lower Mainland living. Hundel Electric completed the electrical work across the full project, from the early rough-in stage through to the finished electrical systems required for each unit.
The electrical scope included a 400 amp service, 125 amp capacity per unit, EV charging support, heat pump wiring, appliance circuits, lighting, plugs, switches, and the core electrical systems needed for a four-storey fourplex.
